Annual Wage Review 2019–20.

A. Further to the decision issued by the majority of the Expert Panel in the Annual Wage Review 2019–20 on 19 June 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 3500], the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$28.14” and “$112.59” appearing in clause 14.3(a) and inserting “$28.63” and “$114.56” respectively.

2. By deleting the amounts “$38.09” and “$152.39” appearing in clause 14.3(b) and inserting “$38.76” and “$155.06” respectively.

3. By deleting the amounts “$47.63” and “$190.56” appearing in clause 14.3(c) and inserting “$48.46” and “$193.89” respectively.

4. By deleting the amounts “$22.52” and “$90.06” appearing in clause 14.4(a) and inserting “$22.91” and “$91.64” respectively.

5. By deleting the amounts “$30.48” and “$121.91” appearing in clause 14.4(b) and inserting “$31.01” and “$124.04” respectively.

6. By deleting the amounts “$38.10” and “$152.43” appearing in clause 14.4(c) and inserting “$38.77” and “$155.10” respectively.

7. By deleting the amount “$28.14” appearing in clause 14.6(a) and inserting “$28.63”.

8. By deleting the amount “$38.09” appearing in clause 14.6(b) and inserting “$38.76”.

9. By deleting the amount “$47.63” appearing in clause 14.6(c) and inserting “$48.46”.

10. By deleting the table appearing in clause 19.2 and inserting the following:

11. By deleting the the words “1 July 2019” in clause 19.5(b) and inserting “1 February 2021”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.286(5) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
