s.418 – order to stop industrial action at Orora Packaging Australia Pty Ltd.

Further to the decision issued on 16 January 2020 1, the Fair Work Commission makes the following order:

1. TITLE

This Order shall be known as the Orora Packaging Australia Pty Ltd – Unprotected Industrial Action Order – No. 2 (the Order).

2. APPLICATION

This Order applies to work and employment regulated by the Orora St Regis Bates Keon Park Enterprise Agreement 2015 (Agreement).

3. PARTIES BOUND

The parties bound by this Order are:

(a) Orora Packaging Australia Pty Ltd (Orora);

(d) Employees of Orora named in Attachment A to this Order employed pursuant to the Agreement (Named Individuals).

4. INDUSTRIAL ACTION MUST STOP, NOT OCCUR AND NOT BE ORGANISED

1. The Named Individuals must not organise any industrial action which involves the systematic taking of personal leave whilst the Order remains in operation.

2. Each of the Named Individuals must not engage in or threaten to engage in such industrial action while the Order remains in operation.

5. SERVICE OF ORDER

It will be sufficient service of this Order upon the Named Individuals bound by this Order if:

1. A copy is sent by email to:

2. A copy is emailed to Mr Joshua Gardner

6. TERM AND DATE OF EFFECT

This Order shall come into effect on 16 January 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of two months.
