4 yearly review of modern awards – Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 – substantive issues – correction

A. Further to the determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 9 January 2019 [MA000027  PR703713], the determination is corrected as follows:

1. By inserting a new item A.4 as follows:

“4. By deleting clause 24.4.”

2. By renumbering the subsequent items in the determination accordingly.

3. By deleting item B. and inserting the following:

“B. This determination comes into operation from 9 January 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after the dates of operation.

C. Items 2, 3 and 4 come into operation from 9 July 2019.”
