Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 11.6(a)(i) and inserting the following:

Disturbance allowance	$
Employee without dependants or partner	585.13
Employee with one or more dependants or a partner	1226
Additional payment for each full-time student(s) dependent child(ren)	232.33

2. By deleting the amount “$0.0098” appearing in clause 11.7(c) and inserting “$0.0106”.

3. By deleting the amount “$29.56” appearing in clause 11.13(a) and inserting “$30.12”.

4. By deleting the amounts “$0.0098” and “$29.56” appearing in clause B.3 and inserting “$0.0106” and “$30.12” respectively.

5. By deleting the word “Transportation sub-group” in clause B.4 and inserting “Transport group”.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 July 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2018.
