4 yearly review of modern awards – Part-time employment and Casual employment – Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010 – correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 12 December 2017 [MA000058 PR598486] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the words “clause 28.5” where appearing in clause 28.6 of item A.3 and inserting “clause 28.6”.

B. This determination comes into force on and from 1 January 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 January 2018.
