Application for an unfair dismissal remedy.

Further to the Decision made in this matter [2017] FWC 3798, involving an application made pursuant to s. 394 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the Fair Work Commission makes the following Orders:

1. Pursuant to section 392 of the Act, City of Sydney RSL & Community Club Ltd (ABN: 16 890 016 822 (the employer), is hereby Ordered to pay to Roxana Balgowan (the applicant), the amount of $13,566.00.

2. The amount Ordered in 1 above is a gross figure and appropriate taxation treatment is a matter for the Parties.

3. The amount Ordered in 1 above is to be paid to the applicant within 21 days of the date of this Order.
