in relation to work performed for Asahi Beverages Pty Ltd at Albury, New South Wales –
Asahi Beverages Albury Enterprise Agreement 2023 – correction order – name of regulated
host.
A. The order issued by the Fair Work Commission on 23 December 2024
[LH200016 PR782771] is corrected as follows:
1. ‘Australia’ is deleted from the title of the regulated labour hire arrangement order, so
that the title is corrected to read Asahi Beverages Pty Ltd Regulated Labour Hire Arrangement
Order.
2. ‘Asahi Beverages Australia Pty Ltd’ is deleted from the catchwords and replaced by
‘Asahi Beverages Pty Ltd’.
3. ‘Australia’ is deleted from item A.1 of the order, so that the item is corrected to read
‘The regulated host covered by the order is Asahi Beverages Pty Ltd (the Regulated Host).’
