refused - correction to decision - paragraph [5].
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 10 February 2022 [[2022] FWC 269], is
corrected as follows:
[1] The word “paid” has been removed from paragraph [5]. It now reads as follows:
[5] The Applicant is represented in this matter by an agent and has provided emails from
9 individuals, who are represented by the same agent in other matters before the
Commission, each seeking to be joined to the Applicant’s request to have the Questions
