dismissed - correction to paragraph [1].
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 28 June 2021 [2021] FWC 3570 is
corrected by amending Paragraph [1] as follows:
[1] Mr Muhammad was dismissed from his employment on 4 December 2020. Section
394(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (“the Act”) requires Mr Muhammad that make his
application for an unfair dismissal remedy within 21 days after his dismissal took
effect, being midnight on 29 December 20201. Mr Muhammad did not make his
application until 20 January 2021.
