Appeal against decision [2018] FWC 4369 of Commissioner Spencer at Brisbane on 9 August
2018 in matter number U2017/12758.
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 August 2018 [[2018] FWC 4827] is
corrected as follows:
[1] By deleting paragraph [30] and inserting the following:
[30] I will also order that the Appellant pays into the trust account of the
Respondent’s legal representative amounts that would otherwise have been payable to
Mr Pericich as contemplated by the Commissioner’s order. These sums shall be paid
to Mr Pericich in the event that the appeal is unsuccessful.
