The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 15 November 2017 [2017] FWC 5974,
is corrected as follows:
[1] Having regard to the provisions of section 33 of the Intervention Orders (Prevention
of Abuse) Act 2009, and without expressing a view as to whether that provision constrains the
Commission in any way, the names of certain persons are redacted from paragraph 9 of the
Decision and paragraphs 8, 9 and 27 of Attachment A to the Decision.
