Appeal against decisions [[2014] FWC 2449 and [2014] FWCA 2453] of Deputy President
Asbury at Brisbane on 10 April 2014 in matter number AG2013/8000 - coverage of enterprise
agreement - principal purpose of employment - agreement not genuinely agreed to.
[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 18 September 2014 [[2014]
FWCFB 5643] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting “ss188(2)(b) or (c)” appearing in paragraph [123] and inserting
“ss.188(b) or (c)” in its place.
2. By deleting “ss.188(2)(b) and (c)” appearing in paragraph [125] and inserting
“ss.188(b) and (c)” in its place.
